"Location is close by to popular spots like Watch Hill and Mystic Beach. The cost is a lot cheaper compared to others in the area. Overall, a perfect stay for two people needing somewhere to spend the night while exploring RI and CT for a good price."

"The whole place was dirty and not kept clean or maintained, there were people living there that were low income and did not maintain body cleanliness, my room had bugs, there was hair on bathroom wall, one of the beds had hair on the sheets. They ran out of shampoo and conditioner, had to go buy some and the room rate was $200 a night, what a rip off"
