"Weak floors, possibly water damage. Dirty room. There were roaches and flies in the room. Pulled the sheets back, they were dirty also the mattress topper has sooo many stains on them. I would not recommend this motel. Also un order to stay in a non smoking room you have to have s $40 cash deposit. That was not stated prior to me booking."

"There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!"

"Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement."
