"The front desk person, younger dark girl with blonde braids, EXTREMELY kind and tried to be helpful. But after she checked me in she said “if the room isn’t okay come back and we can get your refund through the booking app.” This was a bad sign to me. And once we got in the room I saw why. It was pretty disgusting, But we only needed it for a few hours to sleep and had stuff to lay over the beds so we didn’t have to touch the sheets AT ALL. And wore shoes the ENTIRE time, including in the...

"The pictures look great, but they don't match the reality. The rooms are extremely simple, with a fridge and a TV -- and the remote control was dead, so I couldnt find a game to watch. The sofa was very uncomfortable plastic. The shower was adequate, but not great. Also, the AC took a very long time to cool the room down despite setting it on high fan and 68 degrees. It was still 72 when I woke up the next morning. All-in-all, I would not stay again."

"I had a decent stay for the price. The location was excellent. There was plenty of places to shop and eat at. One of the biggest downside to me and the most concerning was that there was no elevator to the second floor. Just a unlocked glass door right by the lobby that also was connected by another glass door where the snack machine was also located inside the lobby. The upstairs was not ever locked so just anyone at anytime had access to the rooms upstairs, which as a women traveling by...

"I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. When we returned to our rooms and the keys wouldn't work, the guy at the desk said we only paid for 1 night. He couldn't answer me why they didn't charge for the whole stay. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed...
