"We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell."

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"Big language barrier. Could not understand the lady at the desk. I guess that's why for my 2 night, 2 room stay she only charged me for my 1st night. When we returned to our rooms and the keys wouldn't work, the guy at the desk said we only paid for 1 night. He couldn't answer me why they didn't charge for the whole stay. I paid for the rest of my stay and they turned our keys back on. Beds were ok. I couldn't take a shower as the tub was too slippery for me to stand in. We were not impressed...
