"Got this hotel because we were traveling back from beach to TN and we were to tired it was like 1:30am with 3 boys under 9. We got a 12 clock check out. Room seemed clean until my son found a onion ring on the floor. Other than that, only problem we had was we were so sleepy house keeping was banging on the door at 9am and tried to open our door!!! Who need house keeping when they just checked in late that night and then she came back again at 1130 wondering if we were staying another night. I guess the front desk doesn't relay the message of 12pm late check out to the cleaners. That was the only problem we had. Which when you super tired its a huge problem...."

"We had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had plenty of options for everyone. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond by recommending great places to eat and fun spots to visit while we were in South Carolina. Their suggestions made our trip even more enjoyable! We truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. "The hotel is in great proximity to VCOM. The Starbucks in the hotel was great. We stayed 2 nights. The room was NOT cool at all. We were warm. The mattress in both beds were old and had sink holes. The parking underground was nice bc the car was never smoldering. The room was quiet. It seemed clean."
