"Not much to say about this hotel. The welcome was less than friendly and the room was very barebones. If you like flat pillows, lumpy mattress and an industrial feel, you might enjoy this spot. Not for me."

"Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel on our behalf. The hotel switched us to another dirty room. The room initially smelled like bleach/freshly cleaned. When I pulled back the sheets, I discovered hair, lint and a piece of glitter. We complained to the manager & showed the pictures. He said there was not housekeeping and brought us fresh sheets, which then my husband changed the bed. During the night I noticed 3 washcloths on the shower curtain rod/hanging over the shower curtain. We complained to the manager. Housekeeping came and confirmed the tub had never been cleaned & the shower curtain not changed between guests. They cleaned it for us. We didn’t change rooms again or finish dealing with Expedia bc we were in town for a family crisis & were running back & forth to court. The hotel staff and expedia were nice to us. The toiletries were good quality Zero % (Gilchrist & Soames). I still have to address with Expedia bc I didn’t want to pack back up to move again in the midst of the family crisis."
