Khách sạn Jonggat

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms need a major overhaul strong smell of mould , bathroom cupboards had deterioration. Pillows had mould and dirty need replacing. Availability of food in restaurant was bad two choices . Breakfast in served cold . The hotel is a training ground for students that study on adjoining university."

"Room clean and excellent staff. Always willing to help. Breakfast was okay, not too much western options."

"We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. Our massage on day two was...

"Beautiful stay, clean rooms, loved the breakfast and pool. Continently located."

"Chambre magnifique et personnel au petit soin. Vraiment un super choix d’hôtel si vous séjourner dans le coin"

"We highly recommend the hotel. The service was great, awesome and very friendly. The restaurant was also very good. The quality was great, and the dishes were always fresh. We also loved the pool with the view."

"Ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und schön gelegen. Der Strand eignet sich mittelmässig zum baden aufgrund von Ebbe und Flut. Man muss bloss die Gläser im Zimmer sich genau anschauen, da unsere sehr verschmutzt werden und wie üblich in Hotels leider nur mit dem benutzten Handtuch ausgewischt werden."

"Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever! The staff was amazing and they are really helpful and fun to be around. Keep in mind this resort is inside a nature reserve jungle so if you’re thinking about visiting the outside cities or villages you would need to arrange a shuttle with the resort or get a taxi because it is in a secluded area. Every part of this resort has amazing views and if you get lucky you might see a monkey outside your villa"

"We would definitely visit again. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Really nice rooms, good food (the BBQ night is delicious) and just a perfect stay!"

"Great staff great rooms amazing gardens beach great on high tide but it has a tiny dated pool would make that a priority to upgrade"

"My 2nd stay. Great staff. Good value hotel"
