"The room was wonderful, the view was wonderful. We ate dinner at the hotel and that was also wonderful. The road up to the hotel was steep and long—about 20 minutes—but it was a proper, good road. Good parking."

"We had a great stay here! Room was nice and upgraded, staff was so kind. They realized we walked from the train station so arranged a ride for us in the morning. The breakfast was also good"

"Everything about the stay was perfect and as described property is in a well maintained area and has an amazing view rooms are very nice and affordable as well made my Switzerland trip amazing"

"Pros: the room was very clean Cons: there is no air conditioning and air circulation at all and even with the window wide open and a fan going all night at the beginning of October, the room was sweltering. "Everything was adequate for a one-night stay. The breakfast was great."

"Ce qui est décevant, l’absence de wifi et le fait que ça ne soit pas précisé que les studios ne sont pas dans l’hôtel mais dans des bâtiments annexes. Sinon les piscines thermales sont topissimes!"

"Excelente ubicación, el personal siempre dispuesto ayudarte y muy seguro si viajas sola"

Actually quite ludicrous they kept the hotel open or at the very least didn’t sell rooms in the most affected areas. Staff beyond unresponsive when raised with them and very rude. A bit of a surreal experience to feel like you were staying in a building site but this was considered somehow acceptable. There was no information on this at time of booking or before our stay and...
