Where's the water? Climbing over the bank here where the road angles sharply to the south, I expected to find the sizable pool or pond shown on the OS map. Instead there was last season's dried-up sunflower crop and no expanse of water to be seen. Puzzling.

Excellent weekend break with really nice spa. Book spa ahead of stay but definitely worth the effort. Inexpensive drinks in bar with great views and really comfortable seating. Great cocktail menu. All in all faultless. Definitely recommend.
