"Parking was easily accessible when we first got to the hotel. The room was comfortable and wonderfully set up for us! All of the staff members we came in contact with were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. The location was amazing as well and everything was within walking distance. The only downside was that I would have had to pay the full breakfast price if I wanted to get just a hot chocolate. Other than that...

"Great little hotel, fairly central about a 10 min walk to Clifton hill , staff helpful and breakfast is good note it gets packed by 8am. One thing is you have to buy water or become a member of their rewards plan which is ok . Highly recommend great value"

"This was the first time I have stayed at this hotel with my family members. I really enjoyed the water fall view all the day and night, also we had a crib for our baby, i’s mattress was a little bit uncomfortable for my baby but, totally everything was good. I should mention that the reservation didn’t contain free breakfast and it would be nice to add it!"

We asked for bedding: 2 pillows and a blanket. First time, they just brought the blanket, so we asked again for pillows. no prob. They came back with just 1 pillow. When we asked for a second pillow, they just no."
