"To call this hotel a 4 star hotel is a disgrace to actual 4 star hotels; it is maybe 3 stars in its best days, more realistically 2 stars. The amenities themselves are dated, and there is no dependable electric. I had to have the maintenance team come to my room 3+ times to reset the electric for the AC, water heater, etc, before finally just giving up and surrendering to the heat. "The staff were fantastice. Unfortunately we cannot rate this resort better because the pool was unusable. The large adult pool was being used by a child who pooped in it everyday. We brought it to the attention of the owner who assured us they would address it. The next day the child again pooped in the adult pool. "We eventually had a lovely time at Menai beach bungalows. There were a few issues but Mohammad and his staff were so lovely and helpful that it made the whole experience a lot of fun. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant, bar area we're delightful. Mohammed has just taken the place on and he said he has a plan to improve some of the facilities that need improvement. "Een top hotel! We hadden een prachtige kamer met zeezicht. Elke dag werd de kamer goed schoongemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel. Het enige puntje is dat het ontbijt wat meer variatie kan gebruiken.
