"The property that is advertised is not the same in person. Landscaping is over grown and not maintained. Inside common spaces were not well cleaned, dirt in the elevator, there was a wet floor sign in elevator that just stayed there. No large towels in the room, it felt like grease was spilled on the floor tile inside the room, looked like a old smoke detector was removed, but no one covered the old holes."

"The made a nonrefundable CHARGE (not deposit) for the second room key, despite there were two adults staying in the room. Outrageous. The staff were all polite and I noted that they were following an unconscionable policy that would mean that I would not return unless notified that this policy had been amended. Further, the cleaning chemicals used had a unpleasing odor. There was no doubt it was clean, but the smell was overwhelming. The breakfast was good, the pool looked clean, the staff...

"I love that the rooms were large. They were clean. The sheets were very clean. The staff wasn’t as friendly the breakfast. It was amazing. It was hot. It was fresh the young lady who cooked the breakfast. She was great. She was friendly. I will return. I didn’t like that some of the customers that were staying or sitting in the back on the grass drinking beer and having a good time I think it’s something that they should’ve done in their room instead of hanging outside sitting in the grass."
