"Easy to get to"

"No towels in room, staff told us they had no towels. So didnt have any towels. Picture frame is the hallway busted with glass all over and asked about cleaning it up the staff told me they didnt know how to take the picture down. No vending machines, half the ice makers didnt work. When we complained and asked for a manager was told they would be there Monday and just needed to call the hotel's phone. Terrible...."

"The staff was great, check in was a breeze. We stayed in the 1st floor as we had our dog with us. The room was clean no smell. We stayed one night. The price was great. There is parking for pulling a trailer. It is next to the regional airport, never heard the planes in the room Typical breakfast. We would stay there again."

The lobby and guest rooms feature eclectic, well‑designed décor that creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. "Room was clean, but outdated. Construction to some areas which had the workers propping the doors open. I didn't care for that security wise. Hot tub was hot but no jets working. Pool was ice cold. The breakfast was decent. Not alot of options.but it's included. Asked where a good place to eat and was told cracker barrel, cmon man. For the price ok. And Walmart you can walk to it."

The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. As I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I did not feel comfortable remaining on the premises and chose to secure accommodations elsewhere.
