"This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come...

"I really enjoyed staying at the Margaritaville in Bossier City. It was a beautiful hotel, the staff at the front desk were phenomenal. We walked in without a reservation at about 7:30 PM and they were very helpful. They got the Bell boy to take our bags to our room while we parked the car.
