"When we arrived the unit was trashed and not cleaned from the previous renters. No one answered our calls to come clean the unit. We were stuck in the snow with no service. Luckily the ski resort had a room for us. It has been almost a week and still no word from the property. They are ignoring us. I have to report fraud to my bank and hotels.com isn’t helping either. "I love the location of this condo and that it is pet friendly. The condo has comfy pillows and beds and decent kitchen. It could use coffee pot and real glasses. When we arrived it was 44 degrees inside. It took multiple messages to property manager to figure out what buttons to use to restart fireplace and bedroom heater.
