"There was a spa aheated pool, jacuzzi sauna you had to book a hour slot and it was with upto 8 other guests unfortunately at our slot it was a single man just staring at what we were doing so not very relaxing! At evening meals you had to purchase water if you wanted adrink.in our room a bottle of water was provided every day, A/C was broken nothing was said untill we said we were too hot then a fan was provided.also the tap only trickled out if was on hot some of furniture alittle tired...

"Perfect location when leaving/entering Portugal. Central location with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and spacious clean rooms"

"The hotel was overall clean, staff was professional, easy walking distance to other amenities like pubs, restaurants supermarkets etc around the town, 10 minutes only down the lovely long white sandy beach, great place to relax, close to pop in to Spain, safe surroundings as well. The only thing was on the third floor I did see a big cockroach that I had to kill myself - but this as all been part of the Algarve. I would still strongly recommend the hotel."

"Very clean hotel with very helpful staff. No bar Pool very small Shame there are no other boarding options. Fortunately some great local restaurants within a few minutes walk. My room was on the 6th floor with a very big balcony, shame about the birds and their mess daily so not welcoming."

"Suite rooms were excellent for families. Pool lovely but COLD. Area around the pool very slippery when wet. Food at breakfast and dinner in terrace restaurant was excellent. Despite the kids club being advertised as open year round, this was not the case. Direct access to lovely beach. Hotel location somewhat isolated. Gym could do with being better stocked. Overall, 7.5/10."

"Rooms with high ceilings, friendly staff & good location."

"I absolutely loved the hotel. It had historic charm and the hotel obviously took pride in cleanliness and its historical value. I had breakfast one day, and it was a nice spread. The bar service was excellent, if you could actually find someone who works there. These was a bell on the counter I rang 3 times one day before I just gave up. I was disappointed to find that the actual pool area is offsite, and the hotel does not offer shuttle service as it states in the add. I’m had to pay a taxi...

"The property was bright and clean and my room faced into a lovely park. Nice cozy balcony. Excellent location being near the Old Town area. I had a car , although no onsite parking. It was easy to find overnight parking. Ayomonte is a real hidden gem, unfortunate that I only had time for an overnight."

"Estancia cómoda y agradable . Habitación amplia y en buenas condiciones."

"Hotel da década de 70, toda mobília já desgastada por 50 anos de uso Nada funcionava no quarto: Wi-Fi, frigobar e tv … Ainda bem que foi apenas 1 noite para dormir em trânsito"

"All was good"

"Sehr großes Resort, es gleicht einer Stadt. Sehr saubere und große Zimmer mit voller Ausstattung, sehr komfortable Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage, sehr nettes Personal. Es war einfach perfekt!"

"Breakfast, clean room and staff"

"Établissement correct. Avons juste fait un bref passage."

"Great place, will be back."

"El conserje Tiago está siempre dispuesto a resolverte cualquier duda o contratiempo. La piscina es espectacular y el pueblo muy acogedor Está cerca de la playa."

"Extended our stay in the Algarve region by spending a night here. It was quickly obvious that one night was far too short for this wonderful property. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. You can’t beat the location. Snacks and breakfast were very tasty. The ultimate place to relax. We hope to be back soon!"
