"The stay was fine but the elevator did not work in the morning at 6:45. I was on the fourth floor. Glad I’m healthy. I walked down the stairs with my belongings to breakfast. One of the staff members unlocked the staff bathroom so I could brush my teeth before I left and instead of trekking up four flights. Apparently, the elevator needed to be reset. "

"I arrived promptly at 4 PM, about an hour after check-in began, and I’m glad I did—it took nearly an hour to complete the process. The delay wasn’t due to the hotel itself but rather an issue with Sun River, the third-party company Expedia uses. There was a small discrepancy in the booking amount (literally two cents!) that temporarily prevented me from checking in, despite having made my reservation four months in advance. Thankfully, the front desk clerk, Bill, was extremely accommodating...

" Staff are amazing clean rooms.this hotel takes care of the people staying with them .I know i jave been here at this hotel a 3 weeks due to a family emergency and we have been taking care of and also cr eated bunds with staff they go over and beyond for you .The pool is amazing not over crowded they have 2 grocery stores next to the hotel they have microwave fridge the gym and laundry on site thahas helped me "
