The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and courteous. The staff spoke excellent English and some without an accent. We had a Prestige Room which had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower and was spacious for a small European hotel. This hotel even provided wash cloths which is not always normal for European hotels. "This was such an amazing hotel. From check in to check out we couldn't have asked for a friendlier staff. The location was perfect! Delicious food all around us and felt extremely safe to walk around even very very late at night. The Eiffel tower was a 10 minute walk and lots of amazing places all around...... We would 100 % come back this hotel and hope to even see our friendly desk man again. Absolute gem in Paris!!!!! "

"Great location but note there is no AC, just fans in the rooms, so it does get hot in the summer. Breakfast is decent. Boiled eggs, croissants, yogurt and ‘cafeteria’ fruit (ie: apples and bananas)."
