"We’ve stayed here a couple times for an event at the KC Convention Center, and are never disappointed. Staff is very accommodating, always present, super friendly, and seem to enjoy working there. Breakfast is good, it’s nothing to write home about, but it’s hot and has some flavor. The street car is a block and a half away, and there is a Dollar General a block away which carries a little bit of just about everything you need."

"I did not like that we had to ask for housekeeping to refresh the towels and room."

"The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course.
