"Very clean rooms and facility with friendly staff. Our AC ended up going out midway through our stay and they had it fixed in only ten minutes. Come to find out, they also provided a ton of help to the victims of the recent flooding. I'll most certainly be using this hotel again when I make it back to the island."

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. "We booked a package through Expedia and got an ocean view suite room in the Diamond Head tower. We weren’t pleased with our room. When you walked in, it was the bedroom separated from the balcony/view. It was an absolute dungeon of a room. No windows, no natural light. The door was 2 feet from the bed. "Close to the train"

"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"Was looking for a nice recently updated hotel in Waikiki that wasn't far from the beach. Outrigger Paradise was perfect for the cost. Very clean and nice hotel. Open lobby and kind staff. We walked, uber'd, and rode the bus to our destinations and the bus stop across the street was convenient. Tons of shopping and coffee places. Target was a block away inside International Marketplace and ABC was across the street. Cool taco stand up the block for a quick bite. No coffee shop in hotel but there...

"The property is so beautiful. I loved our stay. We stayed with 2 kids and it felt like home for us. Loved how accessible it is to beach. Not just beach but also to ala wai walking trail. With free parking this is a jackpot. So wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"The hotel itself was good. It was a clean bed and a shower to use in between adventures. However, the parking is EXTREMELY limited! For a hotel with at least a couple hundred rooms, there was only maybe 25-30 parking spaces."

"Overall a nice experience but be careful of Oceanview and Oceanfront. Oceanview is the lower tier and will yield you a view of the back of the harbor (dirty) and parking lot. The ocean sits on the left but you have to be at the rightmost corner of your window."

You will be awakened by other people's noise while you sleep, and the beds are small for the American average size; TVs don't even know why they have them, since you can't use them without a Bluetooth headset. Lockers can be broken into very easily, and toilets are super small; they charge you extra for every single extra item they can! You won't save a dime because you will end up paying for the prices of Waikiki restaurants,...

"This property was wonderful. It was in a perfect location. You could walk to just about anything you could want. The beach was right across the street. Your resort fee allowed for you to take beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for the beach each day. Additionally, there were fun classes and craft making you could take part in. "nice property,but during check-in I was given and room and then changed shortly after. The final room was near the elevator, facing the AliWai and was a specially designed room, generally smaller than the others. Have to say those higher cost rooms facing the canal are noisy."

"Best Western had everything we needed and was in a very convenient area! There was no hassle and designated smoking areas were in well lit , well ventilated areas that were not very far at all. We weren’t able to have breakfast during our stay as we had other things to do but I’m sure it would have been amazing!"

"I enjoyed my stay at Airport Honolulu. I love the fact that they provide transportation to and from the airport. The room was clean and spacious with a microwave, hot pot, and fridge. There is a restaurant with friendly staff and a gift shop all located in the hotel."
