"Overall, a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Pools were nice. Right on a good section of beach. Free valet services, but the valets were hard to find at the desk and a little slow. It also does seems a little odd that they’re still not cleaning rooms as if we are still worried about Covid. Not even an offer to clean the room or replace towels, soap, toilet paper, etc in the week we were there. Also, a little odd that you keep the “spa” in your name when it is shut down and not opening...

"We didn’t get room service even after requesting it. I understand there is a schedule but when we called we had requested for it. There was also 1 small bottle of shampoo and body wash for each day to be split amongst everyone in the room."

"Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed"

"Original Kanaapali resort, with old Hawaiian feel. While this resort is not equipped with the same amenities of the much more modern resorts that are in the area, it exceeds expectations by providing peace and that old Hawaiian feel that we enjoy. Rooms were very nice, being a smaller property, there aren’t the crowds to navigate. On-site restaurant is nice, however definitely on the more expensive end. We would enjoyed live music at Branches, the outdoor stage, on property. Being an older...

"We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved how we were sent text messages of any updates or information on daily activities. Looks slightly outdated but currently under renovation. The food and drinks were great. We Will stay here again. "

"Amazing resort. Welcoming staff. Lots of activities. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. Huge bathrooms with lots of counter space. The balcony was our favorite space - dining table and four chairs, two comfortable chairs with table and a lounge couch….but the view was the winner…ocean, island of Lanai, whale watching, mountains, plus gorgeous views of the pools and grounds. We loved the poolside bar and grill and had many meals poolside."
