"Just the best staff ever! We were travelling with our 19 month old toddler and nothing was too much for the staff - they paid attention to our family, even did the check-in process via a tablet in our room so we are comfortable. We stayed twice before and after our flight from Chennai Intl. We used Accords airport pick up and drop off service for additional charge - absolutely worth every penny- they were waiting for us, ushered us to the car, helped with luggage etc! I have travelled a lot...

Airport vehicle was arranged at a very high price, almost double the normal price. WIFI was limited. Not suitable for foreigners. ."
