Nice hotel in Kaifeng

very friendly service and staff. Scenic dining window overlooks pool and pond. Convenient location and good buffet breakfast.

大型のリゾートホテル

史跡のある中心部より5ｋｍ位離れた大きな池の渕に立地、会議室や展覧ホールも併設しかなり大型ホテル。　部屋は池を望み街側ビューの最上階の客室、バスタブとシャワーが別、ありがちな湯温、錆びの問題もなく快適に過ごせました。和食レストラン有、朝食ブッフェも良いレベルでしたが、コーヒーはサーブして欲しいですね、コーヒーポットがかなり汚なかく残念でした。レストラン観光地まではタクシーで11元　10分位ですので、立地はそれほど問題ではありませんが、タクシーを呼ぶ際少し時間が必要。

Beautiful Kaifeng hotel

A lovely 4 star hotel in Kaifeng,the only true 4 star or better hotel in Kaifeng. The views of the lake and Pagoda's are stunning. The food is fair at best. There is a smell of cigarette smoke everywhere, unfortunately. Nice gym and indoor pool. The front desk staff are all very accommodating. I have stayed here more than 10 times and would never stay anywhere else in Kaifeng!

Excellent hotel at Kaifeng.

Stayed here in July 2015. This hotel is one of the best hotel in Kaifeng. We booked it without breakfast. Breakfast costs 40 yuan per person. We had it added to our purchase. Took a taxi (15 yuan) to the Longtime Park for the Tokyo live performance at 280 yuan each. It was a great worthwhile show involving a cast of 700 people at a river in Yang Jie Lake tracing the history of the Song Dynasty, etc. The show was at 8.330 pm and ends at 10.30 pm.

Kaifeng New Centry Grand Hotel

This hotel is located next to a lake that houses 2 historic gates. The firework at these gates at night was magnificent. The surrounding is quiet and nice. The hotel is quite new and in top condition. The only improvement I observe is to speed up the check-in process and get more people at front desk to get guests into the rooms instead of waiting a ling time in queue.

출장차 이곳에서 묵었는데, 일정이 너무 바빠 얼마간 머물지못했지만 야경도 멋지고 침대도 너무 푹신하고 좋았습니다. 근데 여기서 맥주 2병값 더 냈어요 ㅠㅠ.

這家飯店住著很安靜也很舒服，交通還好，到開封主要景點大約10多元計程車費，早餐還可以，中餐廳菜色多且實惠，跟外面的價格差不多，但衛生條件好很多，若有朋友要到開封玩，這家飯店一定是你的首選！

pelayanan ramah dan baik. sarapan pagi memuaskan ada chinese food dan western food. keamanan baik. contohnya kalau kita naik taxi pulang ke hotel selalu dicatat no taxinya dan sebaliknya. kami tiba dari luo yang dengan kereta api pagi, sampai di hotel jam 8 pagi. kami langsung bisa check in duluan tidak usah tunggu sampai jam 2 siang. saya sangat menghargai pelayanan ini karena kami mebawa anak anak. sebelum keluar jalan jalan kami bisa istirahat sebentar di dalam kamar hotel. I wl stay at this hotel again next for our next trip.

Top of the line in Kaifeng

This is probably the best hotel in Kaifeng. There is one other that I know about which might be comparable... I stayed there for 2 nights. Although set away from the center of town, it is still easy to catch a cab to and from and is on a major bus line. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is very modern. Rooms a very large and comfortable with walkout verandas overlooking the lake. However, I thought the carpet in my room could have been a cleaner (needed a steam cleaning) and I was only able to connect to WIFI 1 out of 3 tries in the lobby. There is no WIFI in the rooms, but there is wired Internet. There is a large shopping complex nearby and the hotel is on a huge lake - probably a mosquito magnet in the summer because they provide a plug-in repellant for the room. We tried the in-house Chinese restaurant and I was a bit disappointed. The hotel has a small fitness center with a decent sized pool. There is also a KTV bar/lounge.

Good hotel, far from center

I generally enjoyed my stay. I had a problem with the laundry service, which ruined 2 pair of my trousers with bleach stains. The hotel reimbursed me for two new pair, and I refused to pay the ￥50 charge on my final bill for their laundering. These things happen in China, especially Kaifeng, and I would still consider this as my hotel of choice for the next visit.

豪ジャスなホテルです、一階に日本料理が有ります、とても美味しかった、タクシーを乗れば観光地には簡単に行ける、安いです。ホテルの朝ごはんも良いですね、リゾートホテル感じの建物なのでのんびり過ごせる。

Muy positiva. El hotel es extraordinario. Las vistas al lago desde la habitación, increíbles. La piscina, viajando con niños, estupenda. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación tenía bañera y ducha con vistas al lago. Unos 40 m2. El personal habla inglés de forma fluida y es muy amable y servicial. Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos visitado en este viaje. La ubicación no es mala, teniendo en cuenta que te desplazas a las principales atracciones turísticas con taxi, que es barato. Si volvemos a Kaifeng, sin duda repetiremos en este hotel.

Great option in Kaifeng

My brother and I stayed here for a night while visiting Kaifeng on a trip through China. The hotel doesn't seem to get a lot of Westerners, and the hotel staff didn't speak very much English, but overall the hotel was extremely comfortable and pleasant. It's a bit away from Kaifeng's main sights, but cabs are cheap and the hotel staff gave us a helpful map to direct cab drivers. The hotel staff also helped arranged our train tickets to our next destination. Would definitely recommend it to a Western tourist.

素敵なホテルです

大きな池のほとりに立つホテルで、景色もよく、スタッフの対応もよい。部屋は掃除も行き届いており、満足できる。機会があればまた宿泊したいホテルです。日本食レストランで食事をした際、日本酒を注文しようとしたが、1.8L瓶のみで、1合、2合といった徳利でのサービスがなかったのは残念だった。

The best hotel of northern China

I already stayed in hotels with 2, 3 and 4 and about five hotels with 5 stars, and I have to say that this hotel is one of the two best hotels in which I ever stayed. Only the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen can reach that quality, but it's also at least three times more expensive. So the New Century Grand Hotel has the best value for money. The room is very big, of course very clean, and you have your own balcony with a view to the lake. The bed is extraordinary comfortable, and the bathroom has even two washing basins. There is a bathtub at a big window to the bedroom, and there's a blind which closes automatically. The toilet is in a separated room, next to it is the shower, bath foam, shampoo and conditioner are provided. In the bedroom is a desk with two chairs and a comfortable armchair. The entrance to the hotel is on the second floor, the lobby has several layers down to the first floor, there you can have a coffee or cake in the afternoon, there's a nice view to the lake and next to the handrail is a small gap with water and goldfishes which flows over to create a waterfall. Although there are good hotels which are even cheaper in Kaifeng I can advise everybody to spend a bit more and stay at this hotel, I never stayed in a hotel with such a high value for money.

New Century Grand Hotel Kaifen

Anche se forse è il migliore a Kaifeng, non aspettatevi un hotel a quattro stelle, anche se loro ci tengono a precisare che di stelle ne hanno 5. A parte la gentilezza delle ragazze alla reception, (sempre a chiederti se hai bisogno di qualcosa), le sole con cui si possa parlare un po' in inglese; per il resto c'è poco di positivo nei servizi offerti. L'ufficio viaggi all'interno dell'hotel non è assolutamente in grado di capire, con un mio inglese elementarissimo, che avevo bisogno di due biglietti ferroviari per Luoyang. Il ristorante cinese scrive che chiude alle 20,30, mi presento alle 19,30 e vengo guardato come un marziano, stavano già smontando tutto. Senza riuscire a dirmi una sola parola d'inglese dopo una piccola attesa ci fanno sedere e praticamente ci servono quello che vogliono loro. Dopo 30 minuti ci siamo alzati senza neanche finire la cena, era insopportabile assistere allo sbaraccamento del locale. Colazione a buffet discreta anche se principalmente con piatti cinesi. Un consiglio? Forse non è necessario pernottare a Kaifeng, quel poco che è rimasto da vedere lo si può fare in poche ore. Pernottate a Zhengzhou, è solo a 30 minuti di macchina o di treno.
