"We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Plume Villas in Matakana. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. "Perfect place for a romantic winter getaway. Stunning grounds, great room with lovely views, the lodge was cozy and the food was great - the breakfast in particular was amazing. Dinner was expensive but it didn’t disappoint and convenient onsite. No TV in the room but no need with the cozy fireplace. Bed was comfortable with nice linen. Mini fridge, good tea and coffee making facilities. Spa bath wasn’t working unfortunately but enjoyed the sauna. Would 100% recommend this place for a...

"This is a really beautiful place and the room was enormous and the layout was so in keeping with the heritage level of the building. There was a tea set for tea or coffee, a king sized bed, a sofa for relaxing and a bath. Total luxury!"
