"I did not like (1) Small room with congested space (2) Not very clean (3) Bathroom is not very good (4) Less light in the room I liked (1) Best value for money. With this small amount of money the service they provided was awesome (2) Breakfast was superb. I am amazed that they gave us so much (unlimited bread, milk, verities of corn flakes, coffee etc.) with so little money"

"Very cute to stay at the castle. The service was exceptional. It was very clean with comfortable bed. It is an older property with restoration work happening but this is all expected. The breakfast options are excellent and very delicious."

"A very comfortable stay! The rooms provided were very clean and quiet. There is ample carparking along the street however, everyday is a lottery as Queenstown can be quite busy. The only nitpick comment I would have to make is that the room can be a little too dim. The size of the rooms are huge but the amount light can be a bit insufficient. During the day there is just enough natural light which is fine."

Exceptionally well positioned if you like getting away but also enjoy local amenities like shopping and eateries. Only a short walk to the Westview mall offering world-class shopping. 3.5km walk to Browns Bay. Mitre 10 superstore and a cluster of 5 star restaurants litterally across the street from the property. All levels of food offerings. The room is retreat style set-up. Adequately outfitted...

"Disappointing that the spa bath in room was non operational and apparently all spa baths were the same. Shower complicated control system. Tried to go fancy but failed. Included breakfast good but doesn't start until 8am. Dinner nice but exorbitantly overpriced. Single lane gravel road into property dangerous with lots of blind corners and cars travelling too fast. Had a number of near misses."
