"Nothing spectacular; clean place "

"I stayed at this property from the 18th to the 21st and ended up extending one extra night because I got sick and wasn’t well enough to travel. To be honest, if that hadn’t happened I probably would have checked out earlier. On my second night, while I was in the bedroom, I saw a massive cockroach. I completely panicked as I really hate insects, especially cockroaches. It happened around midnight and I immediately called the front desk. To their credit, the staff handled it quickly and allowed me to change to another room, which I appreciated. Before that incident I actually liked the room. It was spacious and when I first saw it I thought it was nice. However, after seeing the cockroach it completely changed my perception of the stay. It made me question how clean the hotel really was, and unfortunately it really put me off for the rest of my time there. I want to be fair and say that the staff were helpful in the moment and did move me to another room quickly, but the experience itself definitely affected my overall impression."

"The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean and soft. However, the carpet was not clean, amenities were minimal and the free breakfast was worth every penny (not good at all). It seemed like most were having to come back to either get their key card updated or they had no toilet paper in their rooms. They didn't bother giving me a key card, at that point. Just a code - which was fine. Would I stay here again? - no"

"The balcony view was a parking lot. You can see the neighbors that live near the hotel working on their car. "

"The staff was the best part of this stay. The room looked clean when I first got in but after being there I started seeing just how superficial the cleaning job had been. The bathtub had rust around the drain and the floors were clean in the middle of the walkway around the bed but really dirty along the walls. I felt down right lucky there was a box of tissues in the room. "

"Room was very clean. But bed is too high, had my 92 year old mother in law and it was very difficult to get on it. Maybe change bed styles or have a small stool to get on. Asked office for one and the didn't have one. "
