"Toilet not working, hand sink plugged up, internet terrible slow and could not make a connection, door lock broken, TV with no remote control, nothing in breakfast bar except coffee "
"Great place to stay for the night or extended stay. There are places nearby for shopping, dining, etc. The host Nick was welcoming, funny, kind, and charming. The bed was nice and comfortable and the space was clean and quiet. I definitely recommend this place. Whenever I come back to town to visit or for an event, this will be my first choice! "

"There’s not much around within walking distance. There’s an Italian restaurant we ate at (the food was good, by the way) and an Indian place we didn’t try. There’s no shopping nearby, and a lot of the buildings around the hotel seemed empty, which was kind of weird.
That said, the hotel had a full breakfast in the morning, in general, this hotel worked great for us! If we ever come back to San Jose, we’d definitely stay here again."
