Room was in ok condition. They did some upgrades to the room. They do not provide shampoo or conditioner for your hair. They did not have a coffee pot but yet they have a microwave and a refrigerator. The rooms are small and they are not insulated well you can hear the Nextdoor neighbors and their snoring. This is a glorified Motel 6. Super 8 it is not.

This hotel formerly was Park Inn. It was just newly converted to Super. The room I stayed was very quiet. Most of the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful. But one staff member refused to give me a blanket because they said they are not allowed to go out to fetch it in the evening when they are the only one in the office. Breakfast was not served even though Expedia says free breakfast when I made the booking. Mattresses are of very poor quality. I had to change room after the first night due to a broken mattress. But the mattress in the second room was only marginally better than the first one. There was a big puddle of water at the base of the stairs throughout the 4 days I stayed at the hotel. It was a hazard but nobody did anything about it. I wish the manager does a walk-around every shift.

The staff were great, very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty and outdated. The curtains were burned, the air vents were extremely dirty ( terrible for me I have asthma) the toilet seat was broken. The mattress was the worst part. The minute you layed down it curved. They really need to change the mattress every 6 months. On the website it says breakfast included and they only offer black coffee. I will never stay at this hotel again as a matter of fact I canceled the following day and went to another hotel.

The Internet didn’t work two out of three nights staying there. I asked for a refund and they said I need to go through Expedia to initiate that process. They know that the Wi-Fi is an issue there and continue to rent out the rooms regardless. It’s really too bad, because the rooms are actually pretty decent for a motel that old.

This has been the worst experience that I have had with Expedia. The bathroom door was missing the shower head leaked the whole time. When I told the front desk they did not care and had no other room available to change to. They also did not have breakfast said that they never did even though it was offered on the website
