"Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall."

"A+. Will stay here again!"

"I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The hotel has plenty of facilities and I always felt safe. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will do anything to help you. Just across the road is a mall with a supermarket and 3 restaurants and a bar so anything you need is just a short walk. The only negative was that the hotel is a little worn down and you can tell the owner is not spending any money on it. would I tay again, yes definitely."

"Only stayed 1 night but it was good"

"That place is the bomb"

"I loved how friendly the staff are. I loved the ambiance and the food at Crave restaurant was really nice . Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay longer"

"It is a suite, I like the room space. Everyone is extremely helpful I didn’t like, the hot water took a while to get hot, it does eventually get hot. No alcohol sold at the restaurant"

"great stay and people , have stayed before and would stay again. thank you . close to junction mall , food and shopping. excellent location , we reccomend."

"On the advertisement it shows a one bedroom when I get there they tell me its for studio apartment. they lied with false ad, but what could I do. They tell me this is only temporary, but it ended up being my whole stay. I don't recommend this place to anybody; even thought the people were nice."

"Great hotel with lovely suite. Excellent price. Not a great location though. Great place but far from tourist attractions and city centre."

"First time but definitely not the last. Location is everything.. Perfect for couple of nights. Breakfast was very good, just by the pool. Don't expect luxury at this price but it's very comfy and staff is amazing."

"The wireless internet service was not operational. Hot water was unavailable. The property would benefit from updated shower heads and more comfortable mattresses. Please be advised of potential construction noise in the vicinity."

"We had a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms...it was clean and beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful, they took very good care of us. The hotel is attached to a mall, which was very convenient, and one day they had a local 'market' off the food court with several vendors, which made shopping for souvenirs easier. We enjoyed our stay at Yaya Hotel and would stay here again."

"Nice👍"
