"A wonderful stay, especially because of the staff. What stood out the most during my stay at Best Western Plus Westlands was the exceptional hospitality of the team. Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to making guests feel comfortable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently helpful and courteous, and their positive attitude made a real difference to the experience. Radisson Blu Hotel Nairobi Upper Hill

10/10 Excellent

"Awesome. Staff, amenities and overall professional conduct excellent."

Nairobi Serena Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The bar was great and the drinks selection was very good"

Four Points By Sheraton Nairobi Airport

8/10 Good

"This was a nice hotel with a pretty restaurant with very good food, lovely rooftop pool, fun and vibrant rooftop bar, great service and an upbeat vibe. I’d not call it super fancy but it’s very friendly and comfortable."

Hyatt Place Nairobi Westlands

10/10 Excellent

"Hyatt Westlands: Great Staff and a Convenient Base I had a really good stay at the Hyatt Westlands. The standout was the staff, who were helpful and friendly from check-in to checkout and were always happy to assist with any request. The location is excellent, well placed for getting around and with plenty of options close by, which made the whole stay easy and stress-free. The gym was another highlight. It was well equipped and a great way to keep up my routine while travelling. Overall, this is a great choice for a comfortable stay with attentive service and good facilities in a convenient spot. I'd happily stay again. Rating: 4.5/5"

Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers Mall by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating to requests. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Would stay again."

JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi

10/10 Excellent

"This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way."

Lotos Inn & Suites, Nairobi

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room. Lovely staff at desk and restaurant"

Nairobi Safari Club by Swiss-Belhotel

8/10 Good

"The wifi connection is very slow, not ideal to work from the hotel"

Fairview Hotel Nairobi, Vignette Collection by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items."
