"I have tried the property twice to see what people are giving it good reviews for. The rooms are extremely old, the furnishings are poor and there are no amenities. You have to pay for the Gym if you want to use it, the pool is sub par, it is not worth it. I would pay a little more and stay at the AC or another hotel in the future."

"The room was decent. The staff was very helpful. The gym is a bit small but still able to get a workout in. I was unable to connect to wifi so I cannot speak on it. The location was great. Walkable to the beach and a food truck lot. The ala Moana shopping center is nearby as well!"

"Our room was amazing, we had a 2 bedroom (one king, 2 queen beds) 2 full bathrooms, 2 showers, jacuzzi tub, ocean view suite! It had a full kitchen, laundry, balcony! We had an amazing time! The staff kept the room clean once per day and refilled the towels, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, laundry soap, dish soap, everything! We even had pots and pans to cook with. "Stayed at the Renaissance Spa Hotel and had a great experience overall. Shawn at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. I stayed on the 19th floor with beautiful city views and a partial ocean view. I spent 7 nights there, and the room was consistently clean and comfortable thanks to excellent housekeeping. "There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "
