"Overall, the hotel was great—the location and price were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, it was quite noisy. We could hear people from upstairs, the lobby, and outside (we were on the second floor), which made it hard to relax and sleep. The bed was also a bit too soft for our liking.
