"My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back."

Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...

"The room was fine, and had a microwave and fridge. The shower was slippery, and water splashed everywhere because there was nothing separating it from the floor. The residents staying there would make most people uncomfortable. I believe several of them lived there. There was a lot of traffic in and out; people were sleeping in their cars, and working on cars in the parking lot."

"The housekeeping here leaves a lot to be desired it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. The covered entrance area was littered with cigarette butts, there was an odor in the room, the linens and towels need to be replaced, paint peeling on ceiling in bathroom, tub needs to be replaced, the toilet leaks, when you close the door in the bathroom there is a big dirty spot, the edges of baseboards need to be vacuumed. I don’t mind outdated but it can be clean, wouldn’t ever stay there again. We stayed in...

"We showed up for our check in only to find that they had given our room to someone else and were sold out for the night. No refund issued. "

"Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."

"Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay."

"the first room we got was still dirty, bed wasn’t made and had a horrible smell. They were very helpful with getting us a new room but even then the comforter has lots of animal hair and stains on it and when I went to get a new one they said they did not have any clean ones."

"My three children and I had a fabulous time spending two fun filled days at The Hampton Inn!! Very clean , Wonderful Staff, Pool Was Fantastic as well as Tge Work Put Room, Delicious Breakfast. Absolutely 5 Starts!!! ❤️❤️"
