"Room was not clean, handicapped bar was broken in bathroom, hair dryer was broken, sheets for pull out were used, floor was sticky, 1/3 of dishes were dirty. Staff was decent, breakfast was good, kids enjoyed the pool."

"At check in they were unable to find my reservation at first. I went to the room and it was very hot (77 degrees) and I was unable to adjust both the wall thermostat or the unit itself. I reported it to the desk and someone did go to my room but when I returned for the night it had not been turned ..."
