Then two flights of dark, decrepit, and narrow steep stairs carrying luggage to unmarked doors that I only knew of from another review. "The property was packed with all the conveniences we needed for our family holiday. The pool was a good size with plenty of sun beds and a bbq was a bonus. There is also a convenient downstairs living area with TV next to the kitchen. It meant the family could spend more time together being in close proximity. "Ionian Arches is a really well located, clean, family run place. The photos on the listing definitely glamorise it a bit - e.g we chose a superior room with garden view, which actually looked out onto the driveway and some plants. We were also a bit disappointed to find our breakfast is only offered in the summer - June onwards - but luckily there are lots of cafes in walking distance.
