"Initially the signage was not clear to easily find the hotel from the arrival terminal. Upon check in we learned that the Onsen Mineral Baths would be closed for most of the day. This was the sole and only reason we were staying there. But as it was 0430 am we really didn't have too many options. Unbelievably, notwithstanding this major defect in the product the hotel was now able to deliver they only extended the time on our room by one hour and the room they gave us was tiny. The only...
