"This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise)."

"Clean room, comfort bed, but the corridor, room door and window are dated (can hear drift and road noise through the gap). The staff are friendly and the breakfast is pretty decent (scramble eggs, turkey sausage, waffle, fresh pineapple, oranges and blueberries etc..)
Shuttle bus is small bus, only run once every hour to the airport. Short ride, make sure be there early to lineup. Pickup from the airport seems to be on request.

"Our client asked not to be booked here again. She reported that the floor of the room was damp and the room smelled musty. She also encountered several bugs in her room during her stay. These conditions gave her an overall feeling that the room was not clean or well-maintained."

"We had a Dolphin Lanai for a week and it was amazing. The room was quiet, spacious and scrupulously clean. The entire staff resort were so helpful and courteous. Shuttle was convenient to downtown Waikiki. Beach was lovely. Hotel restaurants were delicious if a little pricey. "

"The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "
