It is located centrally to all the things you could want to see in the Old Town. 1-8 minute walk to all the key sites. Freshly updated. Great hosts. Kitchen available. One of the beds were broken with an uneven bed/matress base - we thought it was due to being an old place and did not report it at our arrival...however, once we checked out we were asked to pay for the uneven bed base even though we did not make any damage. Though it was very poor customer service to ask for payment of damage we did not do - we did not pay anything in the end, but the whole situation could have avoided if the company did a check up on the...

"We had a top floor apartment with great sea view from the balconies. Very modern and clean. Only a ten minutes walk to a lovely beach and 5 minutes to the local grocery shop. Accessible to both the centre of Split and to Omis via bus. Good communication with the owner Ivica throughout our stay and happy to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Sandra was a great host - we got a flat tire on our way to the accommodation and she was very patient in her communications and waited for us to arrive. She also sent us a list of recommendations for booking activities and restaurants which was really useful. The room itself was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was great too, being opposite a supermarket and less than a 10-minute walk to the centre. Would highly recommend staying here! "
