古い建物で写真とは異なっていたのが残念。料金少し高くなってもアートホテルにすれば良かったと後悔。温泉スタッフさんの対応は明るくて良かった。部屋に忘れ物をして送ってもらいましたが丁寧に梱包されていました。ありがとうございました。

近くで用事があったので宿泊しました。寝るだけなので価格の安いホテルを選びましたが、フロントから部屋までの距離が思ったより遠く、高齢の母は大変でした。ユニットバスの換気扇が壊れていたのが気になりました。次回は新館を利用したいと思います。

大変リーズナブルで建物，設備に見合ってます。ただ，冷蔵庫内に髪の毛、小引き出しに髪の毛，浴槽にも髪の毛，不快でした。トイレも流れが悪く、掃除が行き届いていたらこのお値段も嬉しいところですが，残念でした

駐車場からフロントまで大変遠く、キャスターバックを引いていたが、部屋までの経路を長い階段を支持される。荷物を持っている客への配慮など微塵も無い、部屋は古く快適とは言えない。値段の高い割には、不満が多いホテルである。
