"The staff were friendly and awesome. Location was pretty near to waterfront and airport (approx RM10 by grab).
Just one downside, there’s a Karaoke/pub at level 2 so some rooms got a free (off-key) lullabies from 10am to 2am but hey, I rather that than other noises. But it’s funny when this became a topic of conversations with other tourists staying at Citadine! "

"Its amazing hotel. Mr kendrick was a gentleman really helpful. My problems was breakfast was very disappointing. Mr kendrick advised my wife to order laxsa. This malay girl was not friendly n the other woman was making indean bread when i ask her to add in one egg. She sad we don't do this. For a 5star hotel. Very bad manager have to look into this matter. Ps first time happened."

"The hotel was conveniently located next to Sawaraku General Hospital. The coin laundry was well-equipped. It was nice that the convenience store was open until late at night."

"Nice apartment with nice view of Kuching. Clean room & toilet. But one of the exhaust fan at toilet is too noisy to switch on so my children don’t want to use that toilet. In general, is a nice stay. Tq"
