"Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. "The property itself was filled with hundreds of Ants when we arrived; on the floor and on the table. The mattresses were broken; springs popped through the mattress fabric.
