"They put us in a hearing impaired room on the 2nd floor. Room was next to i75 with tremendous road noise. The bed was horrible. No cushion on mattress and couch was narrow and worthless. I ran a fan all night to combat noise and no air flow. We requested some relief and they offered nothing. Also, tv would never shut off when we left next day. And there was no dishwasher soap so we left the dishes in the dishwasher. This is normally a good hotel with good staff. Next time we will reject this...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel this weekend! From the moment I arrived on Friday, I felt truly welcomed. The two young ladies at the front desk who checked me in were incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but they made such a great first impression and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything I needed was available....

"⚠️ WARNING: Unjustified post-checkout charges and false accusations! I stayed at this hotel for two nights and left my credit card on file for incidentals. Days after checking out, I noticed an unauthorized extra charge on my card, and when Expedia contacted the hotel, they claimed that "something was missing" from the room. This is completely false; I left the room in perfect condition and took absolutely nothing. They are using the card information left in good faith to apply unapproved...

"Didn’t like the fact that people were just hanging around in the parking lot and watching you come and go, very uncomfortable feeling"

"The staff was great on helping me. The kitchen was okay but the bathroom had bug's. Overall I was happy with my stay. Some of the guest nextdoor got drunk and loud but later on it was okay. I will be going back again soon."
