"After 36 hours driving from California, we couldn't wait to finally get to our hotel. Finally we got our room. To our surprised the toilet was filthy with human waste. The sheets were stained with human dishacharge. We We're so overly tired we grab our own sheets and change the bed after calling front desk and no one responded."
