"Rosa in the breakfast area is so nice! We stayed here for a hiking weekend and when she saw I was trying to fill up my water bottle, she came and helped me. When juice accidentally got on my friend, she brought her into the kitchen area so she could clean her hands even though we said it was okay. She was so sweet and nice and made our experience during breakfast so enjoyable! "

"Breakfast was the same every day and was OK. The beds were OK but should be replaced, they sunk in the middle or listed to one side. However, the staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful"

"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!"

"They closed the hot tub forever. Not ok. Also the breakfast was not as good as it used to be. However the staff was great as always"

"We only stayed one night for Valentines Day but the room was very pretty and the dinner at Shovel Handle Pub was phenomenal! Some of the best steak tips I ever had! And the view is lovely as well. We didn't come to ski but if we had, the hotel is at the base of the mountain and would have been perfect. The location is convenient to everything in Jackson."

"The pool is incredible, the hotels breakfast is fresh and varied, the staff is helpful, it’s 15-20 minutes from Lincoln for dining options and the Kancamagus Hwy. I’ll be back! "

"The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

"Room was clean and spacious. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was good with eggs and a meat option as well as waffles and cereal. Tristan at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will stay again"
