"We loved this hotel and will be returning. PROS: The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated, and modern. There was a fridge in the room. Wall mounted air conditioning control. Great breakfast (scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc). There is a nice gym and indooor pool. The hotel looked great. I could not believe this is rated only as a 2-star hotel - it should be at least a 3-star hotel. A short walk to restaurants. Reasonable pricing. CONS: none"

"My only complaint the two things we wanted to utilize 1. Walk to the saco river in the evening 2. The pool... were not on site for us. We would need to drive to them. It said pool and walk to the river on site. It was not. "

"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "
