Khách sạn Kandapola

"Absolutely beautiful bungalow. The staff are incredibly supportive and caring. The location is unbelievable - amazing views and very peaceful. The food is of the highest quality and service impeccable. Highly recommend and will definitely return. "

"Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Room was spacious and nice. Welcoming 5 min massage was great and full body massage for fair price was very good. Whirlpool in sauna area was under maintenance. Service in restaurant was very bad. We ate their twice, both 15 min nobody cared about us, then once ordered nothing happened another 20 minutes, not even drinks came. Second day for breakfast same experience. Food though was good and prices fair. Definitely they have service issues in their restaurant."

"Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"Lovely staff and service"

"The views over the valley, the tea plantations and agricultural land are fantastic. The villa is set up on a hillside, about 3km out of town. It takes approximately a 10 min tuk tuk drive into town. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The hotel is beautifully presented, mostly made in wood and looking very smart. The room and bathroom were large, clean and well presented. The whole place is beautiful an dis surrounded by beautiful countryside. "

"Loved all of it!!!! This is a beautiful and mystical hotel with lovely gardens and fine dining. There were so many beautiful rooms and the staff were exceptional."

"Decent property or a short stay. The dining experience was good. Close to Nuwara Eliya town centre but not walkable. Considering the fact the area is a hill station with cold/colder weather conditions, the room(s) need a better heating setup that can make the visitors feel comfortable inside the room."

"Lovely property. Spotless rooms, attentive staff, peaceful surroundings."

"My Wife and I travel a lot around the world and this is one of our favourite properties. We had a fantastic stay at this property the location on the edge of Lake Gregory is amazing to wake up to each morning. The team go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing as possible - from packed lunches for the train to Ella, to visiting the local organic farm where most of the vegetables come from. The food is also superb, we went with half board and each day was a wonderful discussion about what...
