"Our room was nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. It’s a great location when flying out. The staff were pleasant and check in and out was seamless."

"Studio = Murphy bed, a double I believe. Had to pull it down myself. Terrible mattress. 😣 Unit 203a. Needs renovations and updates. Overpriced for value. Ideal for a short commute to the Kelowna airport, and the location of the property was great. Hiking and golf nearby. Parking was underground, but squishy if you have a larger vehicle."

"The property was clean and quiet and right on the spot for the campus tour for new students. I’m planning to stay here again every time I meet my child on campus."

"OK--- super dirty . main door was broken, tv remote didn't work, a/c wouldn't cool below 24 degrees Celsius , could not get wi-fi , staff was partying at 4 in the morning, they woke me up . i went to bathroom and found out i had no hot water , they didnt seem to give a s**t , they said they would look at it in the morning . and i said yes just in time for the next guys, he agreed i said i need a shower in the morning could I use another room for showering, he said sorry NO . it was getting cold...

"It's a perfectly fine place fir a one night stay usually!. This time if you can believe it, they had no hot water. Worse than that the old lady on duty was unable to explain when it might be fixed."

"Hotel outdated, poorly designed. Rooms appeared clean but dated. Very small shower. Shower gel dispenser empty. Inside and outside hallways overlooked with ground dirt, leaves etc not cleaned on a regular basis. We were disappointed!!"

"Only issue find is that you do hear traffic noise if you are on the side of the building that faces the main road. I have stayed multiple time at this hotel and in rooms in the backside of the hotel and it much quieter. I am not if another layer of glass on the windows would cut down the street noise… that said I will do enjoy the stay and price of the rooms."

"Rooms are clean, free earplugs appreciated, 2 small water bottles in the room would have been nice, pool perfect, breakfast not worth it but the coffee is okay "

"Great breakfast they do try to change it up. Beds are comfortable. Staff are nice, pool and hot tub wete nice after a llong day "

"My husband was in Kelowna for a medical procedure and we were treated very well. They gave us a room that was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped with safety bars. We were located right next to an exit so it wasn’t far for my husband to walk. All in all everything was great."

"Stayed in 3 rooms and unfortunately all had cleanliness and maintenance issues. Dirty carpets, loud outdated AC units, weak shower pressure, difficult doors, and no hot water for several hours one day. We also had billing issues with multiple incorrect credit card authorizations. Beds were comfortable and staff were polite, but overall we would not stay here again."

"Room was nice, wasnt too happy with the notice on my vehicle telling me that my vehicle might be towed away if I don’t move it to the parking bay underneath the building. "
