"Overall the hotel was great. Our room thermostat wasn’t working so they had to dismantle it and we had to control it by the unit itself, (which was fine, however the room took forever to finally cool down) Also, room service never came and the pool was taken out of commission for repairs and painting."

"Our room had an adjacent neighbor door and we could hear our neighbors snoring at night, coming and going as if it was our room, and every minute of any conversation."
