The hotel looks much more run down in person. The staff was kind but seemed a little distracted and disorganized. The room itself was fairly clean, just some hair in the bathroom and a couple bugs in the shower. Over all good room for what I paid. The hotel was definitely close to the hood

The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom lighting options were nice. The 24-hour gym consisted of 3 machines, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking is free, but there aren't a lot of parking lines at the front entrance, so we kind of created our own space. The property is right off the highway and was a great deal for the money. No room fridge though!

Reserved on Expedia, but there's an unexpected hidden $100 per accommodation deposit required at check in. Sinks were missing stoppers, poor water pressure, shower floors seemed awfully slick, 1 of the bathroom vanity lights didn't work. Not impressed but, bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked great.

It was a bit run down but fine for the price. The hotel is actually the “KC Inn” and is made up of 4 buildings: one with the main lobby, and three with actual rooms. It was weird that the lobby wasn’t connected to the actual rooms, and it didn’t have AC. Neither did the breakfast area as it was in the same building. The breakfast was decent considering how cheap the room was. The room was pretty clean, spacious, had a working fridge and TV. Though the carpet and vinyl flooring in the halls was stained and bubbling up from being improperly installed it seems. On the second night, the power went out maybe 4 times, each time for about a minute. With all this said, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed it. It served its purpose for us, wasn’t a bad experience but don’t think I’d come back.

Loved this hotel, there was a delay when checking in because of an issue with our room being assigned to another person with my same name, but they fixed it quick and actually gave us two private king sized bed rooms instead of a single room with two queen beds. So it was a little annoying to wait for so long to get our room specially after a long Fifa world cup match day, but still they fixed it quick and we had a great night of sleep

After reading reviews after we booked a non refundable stay we got to the hotel it was nothing like some of the negative reviews. Lobby was very clean it was still going through renovations our room was clean the hotel itself was clean. I have stayed at other hotels and paid a lot more and this hotel will definitely get my business. Staff was excellent parking lot was clean breakfast was similar to a Super 8.

We have stayed here a couple of times and will be back. The price is reasonable and the comfort was very good. The bed was very nice and air conditioner worked well. Hot water for bathroom was quick and available. Amenities in the room are limited, no coffee maker or hair dryer in our room, but for the price, I’ll take it!
