My favorite thing at Element is breakfast, happy hour and evening tea! Its these little things that make Element our go to hotel when in kansas city! The place is clean, the bed so comfortable and t h e room is large with plenty of room to relax. Even the kitchenette is so cute and would be appreciative if there weren't good restaurants close.

The front desk staff were phenomenal! They were so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are large. The breakfast was delicious. We were surprised they had a chef making fresh eggs to order, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc. I have zero complaints. We will for sure stay here again.

The only staff I ran into was at the front desk. They were all very nice but what really stood out was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and very comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast bc I had plans but I would tell anyone that the selection offered was excellent.

The staff were all incredibly courteous, friendly, and efficient. The bed and pillows were amazing! The pressure and water flow in the shower were fantastic. Modern efficient Hotel.

Very clean, practically new facility. Excellent breakfast daily (weekend hours for breakfast different than weekdays). Everyone on staff was super helpful, nice hangout area on the first floor, easy to reach. Will be staying there again on our next trip to Kansas City.
