Very clean room. The room was spacious and comfortable. I do think we had a handicap accessable bathroom, without requesting one. It was very nice but no where to store accessories. I would be interested in seeing a regular king bathroom.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Plaza and they had a Tesla car shuttle service that would personally drive you to anywhere in the Plaza. The staff was so friendly and especially Tamara at the front desk! I’d stay there again!

Loved the hotel

Was only in KC for 2 days, but absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was extra friendly and helpful, the hotel pool / lounge area was beautiful, and my room had a cute balcony overlooking a nice view as well. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in KC again.

I'm not much of a breakfast eater, but I don't remember its being free the two times I had it. I did like the lunch/dinner menu quite a bit, and the room itself is very nice. I enjoyed the bar and the bartenders, all very personable and pleasant. I wish the hotel were closer to the Plaza than it turned out to be -- a bit of a hike for the mobility impaired!

Breakfast menu was okay the fruit was not fresh and possibly was going bad, My water did have something floating around in it and the omelet and potatoes was okay despite salt n pepper being present the food needed more flavor and seasoning. The restaurant breakfast was the best that I have ever eaten. Tender biscuits. Gravy better than home. Fluffy scrambled eggs. Keep that cook! Warm enough to swim in the roof top pool.

Yes and no. The check in clerks/front desk had little to no knowledge about public transportation options when asked about a local location, that I was traveling to, only suggesting Uber. When I inquired about a local newspaper, again the check in clerks/front desks clerks had no response other than "I have no idea where you can get a newspaper." This may seem minor to someone who doesn't enjoy a certain spirit, but I noticed that you do not have any gin products for sale in your small kiosk Yes: The bartender I encountered on Thursday, in the lounge, early evening was amazing! I ordered a Caesar salad and a cup of coffee. She was so kind, professional and her service was attentive.
