"This place was amazing. The room was big and we had a beautiful view on the back forest. We had two choices of Onsen (outside and inside) and both were very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond for us. Because there was not of other guest, we were able to have one side of the Onsen for us instead of being separated man and woman. The night we had food at the ryoko was wonderful and te food was delicious. Our stay there truly was amazing and I would go back any...

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is right on a bus route with the stop right in front of the hotel. The included dinner and breakfast was also amazing, with traditional and western options for breakfast. Try the Hakone loop bus, boat, rope line (ie gondola) and cable car attraction when you’re staying. "

"ホテルから湯畑までの送迎バスがあり、駐車場悩むことなく、草津温泉街を巡れたこと。 夕食時間が５時からと早い時間帯でしたが、夜の湯畑のライトアップを見れる時間としてのバスの時間を提案していただき楽しめました。欲を言えば、9時台の送迎があればもう少しゆっくりとできたと思います。"
