"Rooms are immaculate and clean. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast Buffet is beyond imaginable. Has something for everyone."

"There is lot to like and love about the Majapahit Hotel, Surabaya. I loved this historic property in a great central location and I also loved its cheerful and attentive staff. The classic room I had was very spacious and clean, though some of the bathroom surfaces would benefit from replacement. However, for the price, it is hard to complain. Noise from other guests was not a problem during my 3 nights there. The buffet breakfast is quite good and you can order ala carte, including special...

"Very good hospitality and well synchronized staff"

"Overall, my stay at Vasa Hotel was okay, but improvements are needed. Although I booked a suite, it didn’t feel much different from my parents’ standard room. They had a king bed, while mine seemed to have two twin beds pushed together, which creaked when I lay in the middle. "素敵なホテルです"

"Overall a great place to stay. Oasis in the city definitely comes to mind. The lobby is really stunning, and the breakfast as well as the coffee were top notch. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Only issues were a couple minor stains on pillows, bed and smudges on windows in the room etc. I think the value is there, but a bit more attention on cleanliness would make this an amazing stay."

"Spacious family room with all amenities available."

"IQBAL was particularly. I am 81 and walk with a cane. Hee was very helpffuuland mzde sure I was well looked over. Facilities were good value for money. Well worth it! Highly recommended."

"Breakfast and convenience"

"I stayed in one of the larger suits, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, mini bar stocked daily, breakfast was PLENTIFUL & then some. The pool I never did enjoy, I was far too busy during my stay to get a chance to enjoy the pool. The staff were SO kind and attentive, couldn’t be better. The spa was very impressive, highly recommend their on site spa. All in all I loved my stay so much & would HIGHLY this accommodation."
