Our family loved our stay! Everything we needed was within a short walk or driving distance. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed all 3 lagoons during our visit- they’re beautiful. Accommodations within the property were great for a family stay. Even our teen loved it. We will be booking again!

Very clean, and quiet. Had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous and felt safe. Would be great if they had an onsite market or even a fridge with grab and go food, but the pool bar had snacks/food during the day in a pinch. Would stay here again.

Property was generally as expected but did not anticipate all the walking. Were told we could not put up our own beach umbrella but were able to bring our own chairs. Separation of family pool from adult pool was nice but really disappointed to see the pool close at 9pm. There was no on-property dining. Reserved parking was a plus. Facility was right next to a public beach access point which our unit overlooked, even though we were sold on a 'beach front' unit. Was also a bit weird that on either side of the Beach Villas, you overlooked abandoned fields of grass and weeds, spanning from the beach villas to the next properties on either side. There was no business office but teh front desk was happy to accommodate the occasional printing request. Our host was not there to greet us even though she insisted on letting her know the exact time we would be arriving, even texting her when we were 5 min away. Then at check out, our host asked that we wash all the towels and dishes before we left. What was that all about. We didnt quite get all done as we had an early flight. As for the unit itself, very disappointing on being sold 'beach front' and got to look at an empty weed field. There were no ceiling fans in the unit in any room which i found strange for such a property. You could see through the windows that many of the other units had fans. Also, I have never seen such a complicated system of light switches. Unit had other problems but i am at my max

Although we have no problem wit the property we do with the management company demanding a one thousand dollar deposit 1 week before our arrival. Usually a credit card is put on file upon arrival. We checked it on August 27 and made numerous attempts to get the deposit back and still have not received it. The management company said there was no problem with the place and we were going to get it back but nothing as of yet. We never heard of a property taking a deposit and handing the return of it in this way.

Aloha Maria, thank you for your feedback. We listed on the booking channel that we charge 1,000 damage deposit approx. 2 weeks prior to arrival. We received your booking one week prior to your check-in date hence the deposit was due upon booking. As for the refund, we communicated with you in the emails as well as by phone that it is typically refunded 5-8 days after departure. You checked out on Aug 27th, we refunded the full amount on Sept 3rd (7 days after your check-out date). A notification email was sent to you on the same day. We apologize if our policy and procedure was in any way confusing. We're happy to hear you had a wonderful time.

Property was great. Easy check in, great prompt communication. Clean villa. Properties in area had great pools, gym area, bar etc. Lagoons were amazing. Area is close to grocery stores and a variety of stores.

We loved have a full kitchen and enough space for our family to spread out. Also loved having pool and walk up access to the lagoon.

Everything was clean and welcoming and our new home away from home! We had an amazing time and restful stay at the villas and was pleasantly surprised with all the bonus things available to us including even some alcoholic beaverages prior renters had left in the wine cooler! We didn't get a chance to sample them but what an unexpected find! We stayed so busy our week in Oahu and wished we had more time to enjoy all the amenities that are there. We for sure will be back!!

The property (pool/grill area and grounds) were beautiful and well kept. There were staff cleaning the pools and each bbq grill every morning. Proximity to the pool areas and lagoons was excellent- just a short walk. We did have a problem with the air conditioning which we called about. Maintenance came but were not really able to fix it. They just told us it was blowing out air at 68 degrees. The main room and second bedroom never got below 73 degrees despite being set at 65-68. However, the master bedroom has its own AC control and was freezing! Interestingly, I found this same exact complaint when reading reviews of the villas on other sites. Also, our particular condo could have been better equipped. For well over $600 per night, the cooking utensils seemed to be dollar store quality. They had food melted

Wonderful apartment
We really enjoyed this wonderful apartment in The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. It's located on the 16th floor facing the ocean with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pools in the garden below. The amenities are superb (lap pool, two outdoor jacuzzis, four grills, kids lagoon AND a bar). The apartment itself is spacious and everything is almost brand new. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedrooms fit two adults each and there is room for a pack-n-play/crib in the main bedroom. A small minus: other apartments in the same villa offer much more in terms of how the kitchen is stocked as well as other "extras" (inflatables, toys for the kids, beach chairs and carts, etc). It would've been a nice touch to have some coffee, sugar, and cream for the coffeemaker, but sadly that was not the case.

Perfect for family vacation
Great resort! The apartment was really well equipped, kitchen had everything we needed and there were some beach accessories in the apartment. The beds were super comfy and the view from the balcony was perfect! The only thing I would comment on is the shower head. This could be replaced in both bathrooms. Nevertheless, the resort overall is super kid friendly and we loved our stay.

This place was amazing. The room was outstanding. I love that the balcony doors opened all the way right into the kitchen. The pools and hot tubs were amazing the location is outstanding. Top notch condos. Five star for sure. Perfect for families. Very family friendly.

The view is amazing. Even though the condo is on the last floor, you never wait for an elevator long enough to be annoyed. One thing that we didn’t like is that A/C is inside the condo and very noisy. Really noisy.

I can’t recommend the Beach Villas at Ko Olina enough. The view from the room is incredible. The condo is well appointed and although some of the furniture shows signs of wear, it hardly made a difference to us. The lagoon directly outside the villas was quite and had great snorkeling. There was beach equipment available for use in our room. I look forward to a future stay!

Amazing family vacation
The unit was lovely, spacious & very comfortable. The location was excellent & away from the hustle & bustle of Waikiki, which is what we were seeking. Many restaurants options on-site.

Our beautiful villa with a panoramic ocean view exceeded our expectations and elevated our overall experience. One of our favorite features was the balcony doors that opened up wall-to-wall. The balcony was literally an extension of the living area when the doors were opened all the way. The furnishings, appliances, bedding, etc. were all top-notch. Everything was clean and comfortable... felt like home! The elevator was surprisingly quick and seemed to be exclusively for the us because we never shared it with anyone else and it never stopped once we were on it. One pool was undergoing renovation but the other pool was gorgeous and clean. The beach is just steps from the pool, quiet and not overcrowded. We chose to stay in Ko Olina because it's set apart from the busy city and tourists, but is only a 30-40 min. drive when we did want to visit for the day. We would definitely stay here again

The appliances and functions of this property were more advanced than any I'd seen. Once we learned how to use them, they made the stay much more enjoyable. The only problem is that it took three days for them to provide someone who could explain how the features worked. So the first two days were extremely frustrating. Also, the front desk concierge knew nothing about the bus/ shuttle schedules. They encouraged us to go next door to the Disney resort for Breakfast With the Characters, but didn't know it was reservation only (and had to be booked weeks in advance). Great facilities, comfortable rooms, but the staff needs improvement.

Outdoor exterior was clean and staff was nice. Inside was really outdated and needs major update.

Mahalo for your feedback. We're not aware the unit is outdated as all appliances are regularly checked by the resort aoao maintenance team. The furnitures and decor are typical with a Hawaiian flair which can be perceived as outdated for some. If there is regular wear and tear issues, we will be sure to address the area promptly after the busy summer season. Thank you again we value your input.
