Perfect stay for solo travellers

Amazing stay at Vienna beach The room was right by the ocean and beach but still felt private. Such kind staff helped with everything including transport. Clean water to collect for free in the restaurant and the room was so cute and daily cleaning

Amazing views from all rooms. Great prices for beach front. Walkability is terrific and the staff can’t do enough to make sure your stay is the best. Snorkel straight off the beach or relax by the pool or do both numerous times each day. Best burgers I had in Bali this trip. Great prices.

Amazing find on the best beach

Loved this resort so much. It is on the best beach in the area , at the best end of the best beach with awesome Snorkling right on your doorstep. Amazing views. Lovely rooms. Very basic but large bathrooms. Restaurant great. My only complaint is that the restaurant and bar has guests that are not staying at the resort but they take over the small pool area & use up all the beds around the pool. There are only 8 beds and they should be reserved for hotel guests only. Apart from that I think it is near perfect

We had a really great five days here. Great staff and service, especially the daily room cleaning. Balcony was great. Food was quite good though the breakfast a bit boring; not the greatest but adequate. Place became busy in the day with day-trippers parking in the restaurant and on the beach, but mornings and evenings quiet. Not a great beach (black course sand) but great snorkeling just a few meters out.

Goede locatie, goede kamer maar wel vies

Het hotel is niet schoon, erg vieze ramen en een waterfles waar het mos bijna opgroeide en je in t restaurant kon hervullen.. hadden kamer 4 in het bijgebouw. Wel lekkere sofa op de patio. Toch geeft het direct geen veilig anti-Balibelly-gevoel. De kamer zelf is comfortabel. Goede airco, fijn bed. Klamboe. Het mooiste van t hotel is de tuin en vooral de ligging. Je loopt zo de zee in om direct te snorkelen, het rif ligt nog op geen 3 meter de zee in. Dus locatie top, maar hotel mag echt wat doen aan hygiëne.

Schöne Anlage, schäbige Zimmer

Die Anlage, Restaurant, Garten und Personal sind großartig. Die Zimmermöblierung fällt dagegen sehr ab und ist fast schäbig. Dafür ist das Korallenriff direkt vor dem Hotel besonders schön und fischreich, ein Paradies für Schnorchler.

The location of this petite resort is perfect for those who want to snorkel on the coral reef from the beach at the front of the resort or scuba dive. There is soo much to see with just a snorkel, WHEN the weather cooperates, though it is rainy season now. You will also fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves when you vacation at this resort.

Kleines Paradies direkt am Meer

Eigentlich hatte ich nur fünf Nächte in diesem kleinen Hotel gebucht. Aber als ich ankam, wusste ich sofort, dass ich hier bleiben möchte. Ich habe dann um zwei Wochen verlängert und es nicht bereut. Das Hotel liegt wirklich direkt am Wasser und alle Zimmer haben Blick aufs Meer. Die Balkone sind nicht nur mit einem bequemen Sofa, sondern auch noch mit einem Ventilator und einem Tisch sowie zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr groß und es gibt immer heißes Wasser. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sehr leise. Zusätzlich gibt es im Zimmer noch einen Ventilator. Neben einem Safe gibt es noch einen abschließbaren Schrank. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und ganz hervorragend. Von kontinental über indonesisch bis Porridge ist alles dabei. Es gibt selbstgebackenes dunkles Brot und zu jedem Frühstück gibt es einen Obstteller und einen frisch zubereiteten Saft. Auch das Essen im Hotel Restaurant ist sehr sehr gut. Direkt an dem Hotel gibt es eine Dependance der Tauchschule Amed White Sand Divers. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich der Corral Garden. Er eignet sich prima zum Schnorcheln. Schnorchel Equipment sowie Sonnenliegen kann man am Strand ausleihen. Hier gibt es auch hervorragende Massagen.Die Atmosphäre hier ist familiär und locker, ich habe mich noch nie in einem Hotel so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Danke an alle, die dies ermöglicht haben.

Январь 2020 в Амеде.

Немного завышенная цена по сравнению с другими отелями,но это компенсируется прекрасным расположением.Небольшой пляж рядом,с хорошим заходом в воду и снорклингом позволяет купаться и днем,и ночью.Идеальная чистота номеров и территории.Бассейн небольшой,но он есть на случай медуз в море.Но есть и одна небольшая ложка дегтя.Цены в ресторане завышены со сбором за обслуживание15%.При этом полно мух,как в обычном варунге.Могли бы за эти деньги придумать что-нибудь,кроме липучек на столах,которые их не украшают.И еще,в первый же день,съев стейк из тунца,получил расстройство желудка,и,оказывается,не только я.Поэтому предпочитали ужинать в другом месте.Завтрак средний.Тарелочка нарезанных фруктов и вкусный свежевыжатый сок радовали.А одно блюдо на выбор было просто ни о чём.Выбирали кашку с бананом.Но в целом отдых здесь очень понравился,красиво и уютно.Да,Рано по утрам орут петухино на третий день привыкаешь.Всем приятного отдыха и хорошего настроения!!

Position of this resort is excellent, staff are very friendly and helpful. Snorkeling is great right out in front of the resort. Would definitely recommend and we would love to return.

Super Hotel am ruhigem Strand

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt hier. Das Hotel liegt DIREKT am Strand, bis zum Wasser sind es nur wenige Schritte. Einen tollen Surferspot hat man auch gleich vor der Tür. Der Service war super, Roller wurden organisiert und auch unsere Abfahrt zum Hafen. Das Essen war auch mega gut. Absolut empfehlenswert!

It was certainly in a great location from access to beach and quiet surroundings viewpoint, but I did find it was a fair way out of Amed itself. That was my fault for not doing enough research, but just want to point out to others. If you had a motorbike it would not be an issue. Whilst i enjoyed my stay, personally, I would stay in Amed itself next time

All about the location!

Pondok Vienna Beach is all about the location. And I'd go back there in a heartbeat due to it's location and price point. That being said, You don't book this hotel for the rooms themselves. Indeed they have seen better days, but they are absolutely serviceable and worth the trade off of being right on the beach with a coral reef outside your door. Some downsides were mainteance of the facilities. When I checked in there was over an inch of standing water in the sink area of my bathroom. I told the manager in the morning and he said that he had noticed that (but hadn't done anything about it) They replaced the plumbing below the sink which had cracked, but they did not mop up the water it left behind. I had to ask for a mop to do it myself because it just wasn't going to get done. No big deal, but just be ready to be ok with hiccups like this and you will have a great time!
